My wife and I recently enjoyed a wonderful vacation at El Dorado Casitas Royale in Riviera Maya. The resort was exceptional—beautifully maintained with attentive staff, exquisite dining options, and a serene atmosphere that made our stay truly relaxing. However, our experience with the travel agency had a rocky start. We were informed that our flights were included with the vacation membership we rented. Upon receiving the confirmation receipt, we noticed the flights were not listed. We had to purchase the flight tickets ourselves and were assured by Everline Travel that we would be reimbursed. It took about three weeks to receive the reimbursement, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Despite this initial issue, the rest of our trip was fantastic. The resort's amenities and the overall experience more than made up for the early hiccup. We would definitely recommend El Dorado Casitas Royale for anyone seeking a luxurious getaway.

I booked a room with an ocean view, but upon check-in it wasn’t assigned to me. Fortunately, after speaking with the staff the issue was resolved and I was given the correct room. It would be great if more attention was paid to these details from the start.

We recently stayed in a suite at Moon Palace Golf & Spa, which we booked through Everline Travel. The booking process was smooth, and the resort itself was absolutely beautiful — luxurious accommodations and great service. One thing I want to highlight for future travelers: Everline Travel offered us the option to handle our transportation to and from the airport. We decided to decline that offer, thinking we could just arrange it ourselves. That turned out to be the biggest mistake of our trip. We ran into issues with local taxis trying to overcharge us, and the experience was stressful and frustrating. In hindsight, we definitely should have let Everline Travel take care of the transportation, even if it came with a cost. It would have saved us time, hassle, and money in the long run. If you're planning a trip to Cancun and booking through Everline Travel, I highly recommend letting them arrange your airport transfers — it's worth it for the peace of mind alone.
